Brad Dokken makes the outdoors a real adventure

Lots of blokes and babes get up every morning, throw on their work clothes and think, "Another day of drudgery!"

That doesn't include one particular chap, who could probably write a decent theater review except that he would rather reel in a nice lake trout or follow the northern migration of snow geese.

If he can work it into an assignment, it might appear in newsprint or online as one of his favorite outdoor adventures.

I read the article and was surprised that you made a trip to Churchill, MB. I have just moved to Piney, MB (15 miles from Roseau. I lived in Churchill for over thirty years. I'm assuming up are referring to La Perouse Bay. I stared the Polar Bears up there in 1972 and my ex wife and I lead many bird tours. It's nice to read about people's trip up there.
