You know what speed bumps are? Those rumble strip interruptions (usually two short rows of them) just before a stop sign, that set you up for your next dentist appointment by shaking all your fillings loose – just kidding! I attempt to straddle them if possible.

You know why they're there? Safety; to protect you from going through a stop sign and maybe causing an accident. They can be really important if there's fog. So what has this got to do with anything of spiritual value which I'm always out to raise up? Let's see where I can go with this.
