City-Funded Building Boom begins in Roseau

This isn't a game show like "The Price Is Right," where contestants can win expensive prizes.

There is a price tag on everything the City of Roseau does.

Councilmember Brady Johnson, now into his third year in office, knows the ramifications of the decisions they are making.

These are big decisions.

And costly.

"One is the housing shortage and dealing with the market. We can't house enough people in Roseau right now," he said.

It's an issue that they're attempting to alleviate, starting with the 1101 Apartment project that the city will foot the entire bill for.
