Roseau- Russell Palm passed away on June 26, 2021 at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis at the age of 78.

Russell Wesley Palm was born on December 20, 1942 in Roseau to Charles and Martha (Paulson) Palm. He attended school in Roseau and graduated from Roseau High School. In 1962 Russ joined the US Army, serving as a combat engineer until his honorable discharge in 1965. Russ started work at Prior Electric in Roseau as an electrician and appliance repairman, eventually becoming a Master Electrician. In 1977 he became part owner of the store. He retired in 2015.
