Roseau- Evelyn Marie Dahlgren passed away at LifeCare Roseau Manor on July 14, 2021, at the age of 99.

Evelyn was born in Roseau on May 3, 1922 to Charles and Selma (Nelson) Skoglund. She grew up in the Stafford area and attended the country school in Stafford.

She and Russell Dahlgren were united in marriage on November 29, 1947. They had two children; Karen and Karolyn.
