Tyler Hovda comes at life like there are no timeouts and not a moment to waste.

He's got energy to burn.

The 1994 Roseau High School graduate was spotted early on Monday morning outside of CarQuest in Roseau.

He sells insurance for a living but is an artist for anyone who wants to cover up a hole in a wall, is looking for a conversation piece, or wants to add a little spice to the outhouse.

He was standing next to his pickup and pulled out a painting that should be labeled "Trees."

Have a name for it?

"No, I don't name them. It's for my niece, Tessa," he said, quickly grabbin...
