It was Roseau County at its finest.

Quite possibly, somebody got ticketed outside of the Roseau County Fairgrounds during the 2021 Roseau County Fair.

But if anyone was pickpocketed inside the fairgrounds, it's news to Roseau County Sheriff Steve Gust.

"There were no arrests on the grounds. Actually, it was pretty uneventful, except for a car fire," he said on Saturday morning, adding that he was at the fair every day.

It was a beautiful turnout, according to the county's top cop.
