She's the girl about town watering flowers

Emma VonEnde, 19, a Badger lass, hopped out of a Polaris Ranger on a recent morning where she works as a city employee in Roseau.

Ms. VonEnde will be a sophomore at the University of North Dakota.

"I'm majoring in biology," she said, explaining that she is working on her four-year bachelor of science degree before she can pursue her advanced studies as a physician's assistant.

"A lot of my family are in the healthcare field, and I have always wanted to help people," she said on a recent weekday evening.

Earlier in the day, she had been spotted watering the flowers.
