Roseau- James Palmer Miller, 86, passed away on November 23, 2020, at his home in Falun Township. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Gladys (Medhus) Miller; in-laws, Arthur and Ellen (Johnson) Boen; twin brother, Jerome; sisters, Betty (Miller) Johnson, Dorothy Miller, Donna (Miller) Anderson and her twin infant sons.
