Niki Johnson is the new Roseau Liquor Store manager

It appears to be a perfect fit for Niki Johnson, who hails from the Brainerd area and most recently worked as an athletic trainer.

Beer drinkers might be interested in reducing their beer bellies.

Recently, Niki was spotted inside her small office at the Roseau Liquor Store.

"It's kind of a lane change," she said, mentioning that she graduated from Brainerd High School in 2006.

"I grew up in Brainerd but my husband is from here. My mom, Kelly Baumgartner, grew up here as well," she said, adding that her husband, Ben Johnson, is a hockey ref and a probation officer.
