Warroad- Elizabeth (Betty) Raye Keeler passed away peacefully on August 13th, 2021 at Lifecare Roseau Manor surrounded by her loving family.

Betty Raye Keeler was born on September 12, 1960 in Alexandria to Conrad Skyberg and Arlane Lee. On February 23, 1966 she went to live with foster parents Ben and Donna St. Peter. She graduated from Fargo in 1979 and continued her education at Alexandria Technical College.
