Remembering the Roseau Flood of 2002. What a mess. It happened so fast. It wasn't like we hadn't filled sandbags before, we did that. Many times, we did everything we could do, or tried. But then it happened. Joe ran from the neighbors house yelling their sewer just blew!! Brian and Dorris Noreen (dear friends) had come about 10 minutes before and asked me if there was anything in our basement that needed to be saved. "Yes" I said, "we have a new washer and dryer." In the next few minutes he and Dorris had carried both machines up onto our back porch = FRIENDS.

Then there was the cleanup....
