Tony Hart is on the big rebound to better days

Once, Tony Hart, a Lake of the Woods High School graduate, could glide across the basketball court, slam into opposing football players, and do very nice things in track and field.
"I played football in college at Valley City and earned my four-year degree in psychology."
He picked a good major for police work where a little psychology can diffuse a difficult situation.
He's 39 now and on the rebound from recent surgery.
On March 1, 2021, Tony, a former City of Roseau police officer, received a new heart.
It couldn't have happened at a better time after years of heart trouble...
