Roseau- Kathleen Ella Otto, of Roseau, passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 27, 2021 at the age of 65 years, 11 months, and 19 days.

Kat was born on September 7, 1955 in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, to Robert and Hazel (Holmes) Foizie. Kat moved to the Roseau area in 1980 and worked at the Roseau Hospital in the nursing department. She worked in home health care for several years and was always taking care of those around her. She was married to Stacy Otto on October 14, 2006 and they made their home in Roseau.
