...and the canning begins!

This past weekend, Sarah and I started our Fall canning tradition.
We both enjoy canning and our time together. It definitely goes faster when you work together, too.
We made a lot of salsa and, of course, our family likes different levels of heat. We made mild, medium, hot and ghost salsa. We named it ghost salsa because we put ghost peppers in it.
The ghost salsa was made for Kyle. He likes it hot! I'm sure his dad will like to try that one, too. I know I will have to see how hot it is.
I thought the ghost pepper was a peperoncini and took a bite....ummm...it was beyond HOT! I drank more...
