Judy Ann Rossi, 66

Blackduck- Judy Ann Rossi, age 66 of Blackduck, died April 1, 2020 following a long and courageous battle with Myelodysplastic Syndrome. Judy was born to Clinton and Wanda Torfin on April 22, 1953. She graduated from Bemidji Senior High School in 1971. She became a dental assistant and later attended Normandale Community College, becoming a dental hygienist. As a dental hygienist she worked in offices in the Twin Cities and in northern Minnesota, including Center Street Dental in Roseau.
