I have a mixed opinion about customer service for local businesses within the town of Roseau.  How many times have you heard this when you walk into a local business on a typical shopping Saturday, "I'm sorry I can't help you but so and so will be here on Monday and you can come back then".  Really?  I don't want to focus on the negative or shame anyone but instead would like to recognize and commend some of the places like Coast True Value and Fleet Supply for their friendly and knowledgeable service I've encountered many times.  These places aren't scared to answer their phone sometim...
