A week ago Thursday, Keith Okeson, the CEO of LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau, didn't need any prompting to recall that they are presently dealing with a high positivity Covid rate in Roseau County.

He's also aware that Minnesota is in the top three states with Covid infections in the nation.

"We've been very busy with collecting samples, running tests, and there are a lot of positive Covid cases in our county," he said.
