Each year the VFW Post 8663 invites students in Roseau School and Badger School to compete in a nationally sponsored patriotic essay contest. Post 8663 and its Auxiliary are excited and honored to have two local students from Badger School recognized as winners at the District level. A big thank you to Becky Dahlgren, English teacher, for incorporating the Voice of Democracy and the Patriot’s Pen into the curriculum.
