Jenny Wolfe has been a volunteer companion animal advocate and rescuer for 16 years, helping Roseau County citizens rehome pets, rescue strays and provide access to low cost spay/neuter services. About once a month Jenny drives her van with up to 25 cats to Minnkota Paaws Clinic in Fargo, where a cat can be spayed and updated on all vaccines for $95, about one-fourth the normal cost.
