Anna (née Carstens) Mensing, a 2001 Roseau High School graduate, will smile after a two-foot snowstorm, a half-mile long Boston traffic jam, or even a flock of seagulls excreting on her car.
In other words, the 2007 graduate of Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with a bachelor's degree in Nursing, is a gal for all seasons.
Straight out of college, the young RN hit the big time.
"My first nursing job was in D.C. where I worked at GW Hospital," she said this past Groundhog Day while on her way home from her job at the VA Hospital in West Roxbury, Massachusetts.
