In accordance with Minnesota State Statutes §244.052 and §244.053, the Roseau Police Department is releasing information regarding Rorie Alyn Copeland, a level 3 sex offender registrant subject to public notification. Mr. Copeland has moved into the vicinity of Westside Trailer Court and Center Street West, Roseau, Minnesota on 02-09-2022.

A Community Notification Meeting has been scheduled for 7:00 pm, Wednesday, February 16, at the City Council Chambers located at the Roseau City Center, 121 Center Street E. Roseau, Minnesota. Representatives from the Department of Correction, the Roseau Police Department and the Roseau County Sheriff's Office will be available to provide you with useful information on public safety and answer your questions.
