There will be more plaid flannel in Roseau the long weekend of Feb. 24-27, than in Paul Bunyan's closet, during this year's first annual Flannel & Frost WinterFest!

"Roseau Civic and Commerce decided to host this event as a way to embrace winter," explained Promotion's Director, Sinnamon Krings.
