Sons of Norway to Celebrate on March 22

For the many fine area Norwegians this Tuesday, March 22, it will be the time to get together for a great cause.

"It's a celebration of 52 years of the founding of the Sons of Norway in Roseau," said Marion Solom, noting that they had to cancel the 50th anniversary in 2020 because of Covid.

It's called the Sons of Norway, but it's the Norwegian women who keep things rolling.

"We're meeting at 7 p.m. at the Roseau Event Center on the west side of Roseau," she said, adding that it's the old Eagles building.
