Moving from his hometown of Alexandria to become a fishing guide on Lake of the Woods in 2014 was a dream come true for Erik Ramsey.

"I had my own guiding business when I first moved to Baudette, then filled in at several resorts when needed," said Erik Ramsey. "I've been working for Sportsman's for five years now. When Airrack YouTubers from California reached out to Sportsman's Lodge for help while filming the video of their second attempt to reach the NW Angle over the ice, I agreed to follow them in the bombardier to make sure they stayed safe."
