Greenbush- Carol Olive Hostvedt was born on August 2, 1933, to Johnie and Minie (Lee) Jorgenson.  She was born at her maternal grandparent's house near Ross.  She was just over 3 lbs when she was born, but she proved then that she was a fighter.  She added the title of big sister when sister Ruby was born, followed by her second sister, Janet, and finally a baby brother, James.  She loved each of her siblings dearly and unconditionally.
