Ell-Kay Foss, 82

Wannaska- Ell-Kay Foss, 82, of Wannaska passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022 at LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau with his loving family by his side.

Ell-Kay Bernard Foss was born September 17, 1939 in Pelan Township, Kittson County, Minnesota the son of Olaf and Florinda (Skime) Foss. He was baptized into the Lutheran faith and confirmed at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in International Falls. He graduated from International Falls High School with the class of 1957 and then attended the Dunwoody Institute in Minneapolis.
