Roseau- Donald "Cork" Stoskopf was born on April 15, 1948 in Warroad to Donald E. and Lily P. (Streiff) Stoskopf. He grew up in Warroad and graduated from Warroad High School.

On June 15, 1968 Cork married the love of his life, Connie Cole. They were together a week shy of 54 years. Together they built an amazing life with their two children, Tony and Tina.
