The Roseau County Fair is always bittersweet. I'm excited for the fair days to arrive but that means summer is winding down!

It used to mean school was starting soon, too. I can't say I looked forward to that when Brandon was in school. Thankfully, those days are over.

Back to the fair...the fair means friends and family come home to Roseau for a week.

You get to see people that normally you only get to catch up with by text or don't see except when the fair is in town.

There is plenty of fair food to go around. I have already had the jalapeño cheese curds, which are one of my favorites....
