On Tuesday, August 9, the five candidate field for District 1 will be reduced to the final two candidates.
Meet the candidates.
Glenda Phillipe
The two-term former District 1 Roseau County Commissioner is back in the race.
“As a public servant, I truly enjoyed those eight years and developed some really lasting relationships with not only the people in District 1 but the entire county."
One perk of serving was the many individuals she never would have had the opportunity to meet and help.
