Betty (née Stites) Siemers, a 1965 RHS graduate, can knock down the pins.
Truth be told, she still throws a wicked bowling ball that makes the pins rattle and fly.
So, where have you been all these years, Bowling Betty?
"I left Roseau pretty much right after high school. I went down to Worthington for a few years, Willmar for 10 years, and then to Oregon."
She resides in Central Point, which she described as a small town of barely 18,000 or so.
"I'm now widowed."
