The 19th Annual Yellow Rose 5K/10K Held In Warroad

On Saturday, August 13, registration for the annual Yellow Rose 5K/10K, held in Warroad, was at 7 a.m., followed by the National Anthem at 8 a.m. The 10K participants started off at 8:15 a.m., with 5K runners/walkers joining in at 8:30 a.m. This year's Virtual Race was held on Friday, August 5 through Friday, August 12.

"We held a Race to the Rose Challenge for four weeks before the Yellow Rose 5K/10K for those who wanted to train," explained Taylor Okeson, Community Events and Marketing Specialist at Marvin. "Eleven teams took part, with all teams doing an amazing job."
