This summer I have seen many golf carts going by my house, driven by young children. I’ve seen the golf carts with 4-5 kids on it. I’ve seen a child hanging onto the back, standing. I’ve seen a poor dog, praying he doesn’t fly out, when they take the corner, no hand signals, to mention a few. Some are driving carefully, others are not. I’ve seen them dash across the highway, not a clue of whats coming or going. It’s a motorized vehicle, I don’t think young elementary children should be driving around their young elementary friends.
