It was a time to celebrate for both Warroad and Roseau who share the same issues with available workforce housing.

Warroad celebrated with a groundbreaking ceremony for Icon Apartments on September 8. Icon Apartments will offer 65 studio, one and two bedroom apartments in a three story building with an elevator.
