Blessing Others

Blessing may be one of the most overused and least understood words in our vocabulary. How many of you have exited a sneeze by having a friend pronounce a blessing over you? How many of us have received or pronounced over food: "Lord, bless this food"? Now such a pronouncement usually includes, to our bodies use. But sometimes I wonder "What is that supposed to mean?" Maybe the food itself is the blessing. I've heard that Jewish people have a thanksgiving prayer after their meal.
