LifeCare Adds Senior Living Facilty to its Operations

Keith Okeson, the CEO of LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau, recently spoke about LifeCare's purchase of nearby Oakcrest Senior Housing.

"The transition will happen on the first of November. LifeCare did make an initial donation to help get Oakcrest started back when it opened in 2006," he said, adding that since then one of LifeCare's board members has served as a member on the Oakcrest board of directors.

"Recently, we took over day-to-day management, and our Homecare RNs have been providing clinical services."
