NorFarms Seeds on a clear Sunday

For approximately two years, the neighbors near NorFarm Seeds, located east of the City of Roseau along Highway 11, have complained to each other or to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) about the dust particles being emitted from Norfarm Seeds.
Some have basically given up hope for any real relief. But others are steadfast in their determination to see a wrong made right.
