Roseau County Sheriff Elections are upon us and It’s time for a change. The current Sheriff has lost the morale of his department, and has created an environment where majority of his staff; jailers, dispatchers, and deputies have lost confidence and respect in the Sheriff. Majority of staff are not happy with the current situation. Reasons are, lack of staff, little or no training, equipment maintenance not being done to par, lack of support from management, the hiring process, filling shifts internally, policies not being followed as no support from Sheriff or Chief Deputy!
