I decided to decide. That says it all, but I will elaborate. I have gained 30 pounds in the last two years. Being in denial didn't change my reality. It is surprising how when you put things off, the very thing you have been ignoring, will catch up with you.
I have books on losing weight, and programs I can join. They all work if you stick with the program. My thinking goes as follows: I have lost weight before by cutting down on sweets etc., and I have followed programs which worked. My biggest problem seems to be accountability. Carbs, fat, high salt and sweets. These are the culprits...
