A week ago Tuesday, veteran District 4 Roseau County Commissioner Russell Walker submitted his resignation via a letter, which was read during the board meeting at the Roseau County Courthouse.
This past Monday morning, Roseau County Coordinator Jeff Pelowski read aloud Commissioner Walker's letter of resignation.
