Badger- Robert William Yates passed away peacefully on February 24, 2023 after a short battle with cancer at the age of 72.

Bob was born on July 9th, 1950 in Roseau to Mildred (Armstrong) and William David Yates.  He attended the Badger School and graduated in 1969. After high school Bob attended vocational school in Thief River Falls before enlisting in the U.S. Army. There he served a 2-year deployment in Germany.

Bob was united in marriage on September 14, 1974 to Marsha Glennen. They resided in Badger where they raised their family.
