First thoughts and last thoughts

My first thoughts in the morning were "Attack! Panic! This is horrible! I will never go there again! And on and on it went, I felt miserable. On top of it all, because of a very frustrating evening, I had had a really bad dream. I had been threatened to the core. I hate it when I go to bed disturbed, and battles are not always won overnight.

It was 1 a.m. I knew that I wouldn't get any sleep so I got up. I went upstairs and sat in my chair. I opened my Bible trying to focus on what God would want me to think about. I found a scripture (Psalms 68) then read the whole chapter, even took notes. Y...
