Roseau- Audrey Marie Johnson of Roseau, passed away on April 1, 2023 at the age of 102. Audrey was born in St. Paul on January 19, 1921 to Peter and Ellen Nelson. She attended school in St. Paul, graduating from Johnson High School in 1939. She liked to share memories of life growing up during the Depression and of working a variety of jobs during WWII in St. Paul and California. Audrey met Laurel Johnson of Roseau during the war while he was in the U.S. Coast Guard. They were married in St. Paul on December 10, 1946.
