Roseau- Richard Allen Fuller was born on July 12, 1946 in Warroad. He grew up out in the Minnesota Hill area and attended grade school in Ross before graduating from Roseau High School in 1964. He would then go on to serve in the United States Army from 1965 to 1967 and was stationed in Thailand. After completing his service he worked for SandSteel for a short time before he became employed at Polaris in Roseau. He then went on to work at Marvin in Warroad and retired from there after 35 years.
