One of the funniest autobiographies about sex is “My Life and Loves” by Frank Harris, which was first printed in 1922.

It probably was banned for a while.

A bunch of us pals read it in 1965. It was great fun.

Never been big on banning books.

There are exceptions - child pornography for sure.

I remember as a kid learning about Nazi Germany banning and burning book.

Maybe I was in the sixth grade in 1955 when our nun, using a film reel, showed the Germans tossing books into a big heap, already on fire around 1936.

It appeared to be a mob of morons, which is not inclusive to the Nazis...
