Benji, the son of John and Sue Wilebski of rural Greenbush, is no longer The Kid.
He just began his third year of Medical School at the University of North Dakota and will graduate in 2025.
His life has been both interesting and challenging as a former child cancer survivor.
He’s not yet 25.
"I still remember the day I was diagnosed but not the exact date. I know it was in January and I was seven at the time.
The diagnosis was Burkitt lymphoma, and he had a cancerous tumor the size of a grapefruit. It was inoperable.
He underwent chemo treatments for months.
