I was trained as a lifeguard in the spring of 2021 at the Roseau School Pool. I started working there that summer doing both lifeguarding and aiding for swimming lessons. Lifeguarding during lessons was long, hot, and boring, especially because all I wanted was to be in the water helping teach the kids.
