Karen L. Zimdars, 65

Warroad- Karen L. Zimdars passed away on May 1, 2023 at her home in Warroad at the age of 65.

Karen Louise Zimdars was born on January 22, 1958 to Harland and Louise (Hamann) Zimdars in Wadena, the second of six children. The family moved throughout her childhood to Fergus Falls, Waubun, and later to Skime in 1976. Karen graduated from Grygla High School and from Wadena Area Vocational Technical Institute with a clerical degree before starting her 40+ year career at Marvin Windows in Warroad. She retired in 2020 due to health reasons.
