LifeCare Takes Ownership of Roseau, Greenbush, and Warroad Altru Clinics

According to a press release issued on Tuesday, June 4, LifeCare Medical Center and Altru have agreed to transition clinic ownership in Roseau, Warroad, and Greenbush. LifeCare will assume ownership of these clinics on July 15, 2024, and will continue to offer primary care and related services at all three locations.

LifeCare will now provide a full continuum of clinic and hospital services, assisted living, and long-term care throughout Roseau County. Altru will continue to offer specialty care in Roseau within LifeCare’s clinic space. These services include cardiology, dermatolo...
