Scoops Ice Cream Parlor Holds Grand Opening

Last year Justin and Sarah Homme and their children took a road trip through Montana, Idaho, Washington State, down the Oregon Coast, to the Redwoods in Northern California. They stopped at a few ice cream parlors along the scenic route they drove through Montana and the Pacific Northwest.
